We offer a wide variety of dishes using meat and fish, with a focus on our Tempura menu. As popular as our tempura menu, our snack menu is a warm dish.

Fluffy dashimaki tamago (egg roll) made with expert skill

One of our signature dishes is dashimaki tamago, which is carefully baked one by one by our chefs after receiving an order. Because it is such a simple dish, we are very particular about the soup stock, the egg, and the baking technique, which are the decisive factors for flavor.

When you put it in your mouth, the aroma of dashi broth and its gentle flavor will spread. Please enjoy it with grated daikon (Japanese radish) on the side, if desired. It is also a great accompaniment to sake and shochu. It is served hot and is priced at 759 yen (tax included).

Take a break with a warm bowl of soup

A warm soup is a great thing to have when enjoying seafood and sake. It is recommended as a dish to finish off the meal or as a pre-dinner dish for sake. We offer two miso soups as Daimyo Bowls: "Aosa Miso Soup 319 yen (tax included)" and "Asari Miso Soup 539 yen (tax included)". Please feel free to order them at any time of the day to accompany your alcoholic beverage.

Ginten" enjoys freshly fried tempura and atemaki with a tea break.

We use a revolutionary cooking device called a "water fryer" to serve healthy tempura.
The shochu used to make the tea can be poured from the faucet provided at all tables in any amount and at any time!
The clean, white wood interior can be used for a variety of occasions, from casual drinks to date nights.
