Fresh seafood dishes to go with drinks - Reproduction from "Ginkgo Bowl", Kyoto Porta
Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Ginten Kyoto Porta store.
Our restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes made with meat and fish. Among our many menu items, seafood dishes are especially popular among sake and shochu drinkers. Please be sure to order our signature fresh seafood menu to accompany your drinks.
If you like tuna, this is it! Tuna medium fatty tuna sashimi

Sashimi is the best way to enjoy the freshness of seafood. We serve chutoro (medium fatty tuna) sashimi, which has a firm fatty texture and rich taste. It is served at 869 yen (tax included).
In addition to chutoro (medium fatty tuna), we also offer salmon on our sashimi menu. It is served at 759 yen (tax included).
Enjoy seafood in tempura as well.

As well as fresh sashimi, tempura using seafood is also a specialty of our restaurant. We offer a wide variety of seafood tempura dishes, from the standard to the unusual, including squid, oysters, salmon, conger eel, nodoguro, giant shrimp, broiled eel, medium fatty tuna, nameko shiso, and cod roe wrapped in yuba (cod roe). Please be sure to order them with your favorite sake. We also offer a special assortment of seven kinds of tempura for 1,749 yen (tax included).
Ginten" enjoys freshly fried tempura and atemaki with a tea break.
We use a revolutionary cooking device called a "water fryer" to serve healthy tempura.
The shochu used to make the tea can be poured from the faucet provided at all tables in any amount and at any time!
The clean, white wood interior can be used for a variety of occasions, from casual drinks to date nights.
We look forward to seeing you all at our store.
