The menu features a variety of ”Japanese” delicacies such as tempura and deep-fried soaked "tamba shimeji" mushrooms grown in Kyotamba Town, Kyoto Prefecture, and kakiage (deep fried vegetables) made with Kyoto mizuna (a type of green vegetable).
